- Definitions
Consumer means an individual purchasing goods for personal use and not for business purposes.
Trade Customer / Business Customer means a person or company purchasing goods for resale, commercial use, or business purposes.
If you represent yourself as a business customer, consumer protection legislation may not apply.
- Products & Availability
We supply a broad range of goods including groceries, beverages, household items, personal care products, DIY & hardware products, electrical accessories, garden goods, pet products, and seasonal stock.
All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to withdraw products, substitute products, amend descriptions, or correct pricing errors.

- Pricing
All prices are displayed in GBP (£).
VAT will be clearly indicated where applicable.
Prices may differ between retail and trade customers.
Trade pricing is available only to approved trade account holders.
We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
- Orders
6.1 Retail Orders (Consumers)
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase goods.
We reserve the right to accept or reject orders.
Order confirmation does not guarantee availability until dispatch.
6.2 Trade Orders (Business Customers)
Trade orders may be placed via trade account, email, or direct arrangement.
Trade customers are responsible for ensuring order accuracy.
Trade pricing is conditional upon approved trade status.
- Payment
We accept payment via debit/credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods.
Cash payments may be accepted for in-person purchases where permitted.
Payment must be received before goods are dispatched unless credit terms are agreed in writing.
- Delivery & Collection
Delivery options depend on order size, product type, and location.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
Risk passes to the customer upon delivery or collection.
- Returns & Cancellations
9.1 Consumer Returns
Consumers may cancel eligible orders within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Goods must be unused and in original packaging.
Perishable goods, opened hygiene products, and certain sealed items may be non-returnable.
9.2 Trade Returns
Trade sales are non-returnable unless goods are faulty or supplied incorrectly.
Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- Faulty or Damaged Goods
Notify us within 48 hours and provide photographic evidence where requested.
We will provide replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with UK law.
- Retention of Title
All goods remain the property of Meridianis Global Ltd until full payment has been received in cleared funds.
Until ownership passes, goods must remain identifiable as our property.
We reserve the right to recover goods where payment is overdue.
- Trade Accounts
Trade accounts are subject to approval.
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate trade accounts and amend wholesale pricing.
- Limitation of Liability
Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Our liability is otherwise limited to the value of the goods purchased.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
- Website Use
You must not use the website unlawfully, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with functionality.
We reserve the right to restrict access where misuse is suspected.
- Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including supply chain disruption, transport delays, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
