Yes. Our physical warehouse operates on a cash & carry basis. All goods must be paid for in full prior to release unless agreed in writing.

    Can I cancel an order?

    Retail customers may cancel eligible online orders within statutory cooling-off periods. Trade customers do not have cancellation rights once goods are prepared for dispatch. Partial cancellations are not accepted once orders are processed.

    What is your returns policy?

    Retail Customers:

    Eligible online purchases may be returned within 14 days in accordance with UK law.

    Trade Customers:

    All sales are final unless goods are faulty or supplied incorrectly.

    What is the refund timeline?

    Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

    What is your inspection policy?

    All goods must be inspected at collection or delivery. Claims must be made within 48 hours.

    Do you reserve stock?

    Stock is not reserved until payment has been received in cleared funds.

    What happens if an item is out of stock?

    Customers will be notified and offered alternatives or refunds.
